How do I create an account? 
Simply click the green rewards tab located on the bottom of our website. You can join by using our loyalty program pop up on the right hand side. 

How do I add my birthday to my account?
On the website, click on the teal coloured “REWARDS” tab in the bottom left corner of your screen. A pop up will appear showing your account. Click on the “Earn” tab. Here you can add your birthday to your account.

How do I redeem a reward? 
Sign into your account and click the green rewards tab. Here you will see a list of the rewards you can unlock. A unique code will appear which you can use at the checkout (you will have 12 months to use this code). 

Once I unlock a reward, how long do I have to use it? 
Your coupon code is valid for 12 months from the time of unlocking. 

How do I check my Stacey Reward point balance? 
You can check your rewards balance anytime via our website, by clicking the green rewards tab at the bottom of the page. Your points will be displayed on the rewards pop-up on the right hand side. The ‘Earn’ tab shows the different ways you can earn points. The ‘Rewards’ tab details the rewards available.

I referred a friend but didn’t get Stacey Rewards? 
Once your friend makes a purchase using the $10 discount in your referral, then you will accumulate Stacey rewards onto your account. 

I’m trying to redeem a reward and use another offer but it’s not working? 
The checkout only allows for one coupon code per transaction. If using more than one coupon code, you can do separate transactions to use each code, and we can send your items together in one parcel. Be sure to click ‘local pick up’ for one of your transactions, so you only pay postage once.
